RESERVATIONS ARE PER PERSON — BE SURE TO USE THE QUANTITY BOX

No children under the age of 5 years will be permitted

Reservations are highly encouraged as we have a limited number of spots available per hour. We don’t want to overwhelm the kitties!

Walk-ins are only available if we have not sold out for the hour, so please guarantee your spots at the cafe with a reservation!  

Use the calendar system below to book your reservation.

All Catnip Cat Cafe guests are required to acknowledge our waiver before spending time with the kitties.

When you book your reservation you will be allowed to digitally review our waiver and confirm that you agree to the terms and conditions.  To review the waiver ahead of booking please click here.

⚠️ BEFORE YOU PROCEED WITH YOUR RESERVATION ⚠️
The purchase of Cat Lounge Reservation passes confirms your acknowledgment of and agreement to the terms outlined below for which we do not allow exceptions:
• Cancellations:  Cancellation requests must be received via email to contact@catnipcatcafe.com  24 hours prior to your reservation time to qualify for a refund.
• Reschedules:  You are able to reschedule your reservations up to 4 hours prior to your appointment time using your confirmation email. Requests that are less than 4 hours prior must be called in to 757-500-7218 and are subject to management approval. Reservations are held for you and we may or may not be able to fill those spots for new guests.

• No-Shows / Late Arrivals: You are permitted into the Cat Lounge for the time selected in your reservation. If you arrive after your start time, you may enjoy the remaining time left in your reservation window. Missing or not using your reservation completely does not qualify you for a refund or credit toward a future visit.
